Not only he accepted to work with my client's FHA offer, but he and his right hand Kenia also guided me throughout the whole process as professional coaches to make it happen and finally get to close the deal which at the end is what matters. I sold my house with Ralph! This guy is exceptional at what he does. He is up front about expectations, and really just shoots from the hip. I admire and respect that. He's also very passionate about his trade, you can see this as he goes about the business of selling your house. He keeps you up to speed with every development throughout the process, and is relentless with marketing. I recommend him with the sale or purchase of your property without any reserve.

Ralph and his team are absolutely excellent. While he specializes in multimillion dollar homes, they also had the heart and dedication to help me get from my condo in Fontainebleau and get prequalified to buy my first home in the neighborhood with the schools I wanted for my two babies to grow up in. He helped take my concrete jungle and turn it into ample rooms and a yard for my babies to play! I was 6 months pregnant when we started and he followed through with his promise to get me into my own home before I gave birth! THANK YOU Ralph, Adrian, Kenya and team for your attention, hard work and support that made a mother of 2 feel like a multimillion dollar home buyer!

Ralph is by far one of the best realtor I have ever dealt with. He sold my house and my condo. When he sold my house, I was very emotional about it, because it was where my kids had grown up in and he was very compassionate through out it, which made me feel better. For the years that I had the condo he was the realtor that would take care of managing it. At all times he dealt in a professional manner. I would highly recommend him.

It can only be stated that Ralph is the best Realtor in Miami. He took on the gargantuan task of selling my little home, even though it wasn't his usual market. 57 or so bids, and 99% weren't worth the bother. Selling that house was a nightmare, and he was an angel to put up with it all. The city I lived in made things difficult to say the least. Finally, finally we sold!!! It was an incredible relief. I sometimes can't believe that he went through so much effort on my behalf. My eternal thanks!!
